Welcome to betbed ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). The Platform is operated by betbed and is accessible at betbed.ws. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and betbed, governing all aspects of your access to and use of the Platform, including the creation of a user account, placement of bets, participation in promotions, and use of any products or services offered by betbed.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

Access to betbed is strictly restricted to adults aged 21 years and above. By creating an account, you declare and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted under applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, or director of betbed, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not using any automated system, bot, script, or artificial intelligence to access or interact with the Platform.

betbed takes its age-restriction obligations seriously. The Platform employs identity verification procedures and reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Any account found to have been created by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds frozen, and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities where required. Winnings accumulated by underage users will be forfeited.

All bets placed on betbed's sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market. In the event of ambiguity, betbed's decision on the settlement of any bet shall be final. The following general rules apply to all sportsbook activity:

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed when betbed issues a written confirmation, typically displayed on-screen and logged in your account transaction history. Bets are not binding until confirmed.
• Void bets: betbed reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was subject to an obvious pricing error, a data feed error, or any other technical fault that resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
• In-play betting: Live in-play markets are governed by real-time data. Bets on in-play markets are accepted at betbed's sole discretion. betbed may suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.
• Cricket and BPL markets: All cricket markets, including Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, are subject to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). Dead-heat rules and abandonment rules are described in the specific market rules published on the Platform.
• Maximum winnings: betbed reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits per event and per account per day. Limits vary by sport and market type.

Live casino disconnection: In the event of a disconnection from a live dealer game mid-round, betbed will settle the bet according to the rules displayed in that game's documentation. Where no resolution is possible due to a technical fault on betbed's side, the bet will be voided and the stake returned. Disconnections caused by the user's own internet connection are not grounds for voiding a bet that was already accepted.

Game availability: betbed may add, suspend, or remove game titles from the Platform at any time. Game availability may vary depending on your device, browser, and connection quality. betbed does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific game title.

betbed is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire user base. The Platform provides the following tools to all account holders, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session time limits: Define maximum session durations and receive alerts when limits are reached.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account and request exclusion from all betbed marketing. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of six months.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from betbed.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information as described in that policy. betbed shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any unauthorised access to your account; (c) any interruption or cessation of the Platform; (d) any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted via the Platform; or (e) errors or omissions in any content on the Platform.

betbed does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may occasionally result in downtime. betbed will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance but is not liable for losses caused by Platform unavailability.

Gambling involves financial risk. betbed is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through gameplay. You acknowledge that you are gambling with funds you can afford to lose and that past results do not predict future outcomes. Play responsibly — 21+ only.

You may close your betbed account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Upon receiving your request, betbed will process any pending withdrawals of verified funds and close the account within five business days, provided there are no outstanding disputes, active bonuses subject to wagering requirements, or pending verification requirements.

betbed reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — cases where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity has been detected.
• The account holder is found to be under the age of 21.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months.
• betbed is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.

In cases of termination due to breach of Terms, betbed reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Where termination is initiated by betbed for reasons unrelated to user misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the user's registered payment method.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to betbed's customer support team at [email protected] for good-faith resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days of first being raised, either party may escalate the matter through appropriate legal channels. betbed's decision on the outcome of any bet, promotion, or account action is final and binding, subject only to demonstrated factual error or technical fault proven with documented evidence.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. A failure by betbed to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
